Collecting payment as a small business can sometimes be challenging and as the world changes how we do business, the way to send and receive payments is changing and adapting with us. Providing clients with an experience that fits into their comfort and meeting them where they are is essential to getting paid.

In this session our experts will talk about:

  • Contactless payments
  • Overcoming cart abandonment (the silent objection)
  • Lead nurturing through email

Krista Gullage, ATB Financial

Krista has worked at ATB Financial for just over 12 years in the payments space, primarily in the Merchant Services and Cards realm. In a previous role, she was very fortunate to oversee the operational side of ATBs Merchant Services department and took away a tremendous amount of learnings. Most recently, she has taken on a role in the Experience Office (XO) and there is using her expertise to help shape the payments culture to ensure ATB offers products and services that align with and meet our customers expectations and needs. She has a passion for improving the customer experience and developing strategy to help move ATB in the right direction as we continue to navigate the ever-changing payments landscape, while always focused on our customers.
